Welcome to Dolce Vita Pushkar. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and at the discretion of Dolce Vita Pushkar.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking or a deposit as specified during the booking process.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
• Additional charges for extra services will be billed separately.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in: 50% of total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• Early departures are non-refundable.

3. Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
• Visitors must register at the reception and may be subject to additional charges.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

5. Liability

Dolce Vita Pushkar is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• Failure or interruption of services due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Injuries or accidents that occur on the property.
• Changes to local laws, regulations, or travel restrictions.

6. Force Majeure

Dolce Vita Pushkar shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
